Keep family informed of all information concerning the reunion
Create & maintain the reunion budget, oversee fund raising, advise
3: HOTELS & ACCOMMODATIONS
Find and block rooms with the necessary ammenities for travelers
Airport transfers, organize group travel for events ie: busses
Plan the entertainment for the picnic. DJ, band, games etc.
6: SET UP/CLEAN UP -
Before and after the Meet & Greet and Picnic
Work with Entertainment & Finance to organize activities for the M&G and Picnic
